Deliveries and Returns

Delivery:

For orders in France, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of validation. For deliveries to Belgium and Luxembourg, the delivery time is 3 to 4 days, and 4 to 5 days for the Netherlands. An email will be sent to you when your package is shipped, and you can track the status of your shipment directly through your customer account: track my order history.

Returns:

For any withdrawal request, we kindly ask you to submit your request to SAMKRAFT's customer service, indicating the reasons. You have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order to make your return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure:

• Contact our customer service: Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Pack the item carefully: Make sure to securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure successful delivery.
• Inspection and Refund: Once we have received the returned item and conducted an inspection, we will inform you of the receipt and approval or denial of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items are non-refundable, including promotional items and personalized items.
